Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. But we may be able to exchange for you.

Yes, you may Exchange show tickets for another day of the show run. Flex tickets may be exchanged for another day if you need to move your date. Please contact the box office at boxoffice@romecommunitytheater.org.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Rome Community Theater). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
